Recipe Sunday: Tarta de santiago, hempella, arugula salad, strawberry salad, prawns

It's Sunday, so it's time for another weekly round-up of recipes that have appeared on local blogs.  As in previous posts, the list below includes one recipe per blog.

If Music be the Food of Love, Play On shares her recipe for tarta de santiago, a gluten-free cake.

La Cuisine d'Hélène explains how to make strawberry salad with candied nuts, as well as other recipes that use Kraft dressings.

Mon Food Blog suggests the interesting dish of fresh mozzarella with avocado and soy.

Sybaritica, which I profiled earlier this week, describes how to prepare sesame prawns with pineapple.

The Gouda Life has a post titled "Speedy Meatless Monday", which offers tips on making caramelized fennel, roasted Garlic and tomato soup with lemon.

Two Vegan Sisters write about a culinary epiphany in which they use hemp to make a spread that they call hempella.

Double Trouble Kitchen Edition posts a recipe for arugula salad with dates almonds and cheese.

Rounding this out, Eaten Up offers her suggestion for a strawberry salad, which also contains red leaf lettuce, arugula, walnuts, green onion, kohlrabi, radishes and black mini pepper.
